Lee Child (adopted pen name) was brought into the world in 1954 in Coventry, England. His dad was a government employee. When Grant was four, his folks chose to take action to Handsworth Wood in Birmingham with the end goal of superior training for Grant and his three siblings. Up till eleven years old, Grant went to the Orchard Primary School in Handsworth Wood, a sharp kid.
